ELEVEN FIFTEEN DAYPACK
On a hike in the English countryside last September, a dear friend asked me if I could make her a new daypack. The wear spots on her current number were starting to transition to actual holes and I had watched with affection while she fiddled around for five minutes with a kinked and threadbare drawcord at lunch. While I knew that she could afford a new commercially made pack, I also knew that she would endure this one with patience until it actually wouldn't carry any longer. I was honored that she asked, because I would have never offered, and will be pleased to see another pack in the wild.
Our Response
The Eleven Fifteen measures up at roughly 15"H x 10"W x 4.5"D, features a drawstring main enclosure, webbing and g hook lid latch, one interior slip pocket, one interior 3D phone pocket, and a padded laptop pocket.
This simple pack turned out nice enough that I plan to use it for a while.
Pattern release is expected in April.
